Jordan Vauvert Est-ce que je préfère l'atmosphère d'une noirceur totale de I'm a Fucking Plague ? Absolument. Est-ce que ça fait de Life is All Fair un album médiocre ? La réponse est simple : l'album vient de Déhà, alors, évidemment, c'est une réussite totale. Life is All Fair va dans la direction d'un rap plus encore plus affirmé ("Bipolarité", chanté en français, a un flow bien vnr) même si la portion de black metal reste présente. Par contre, Déhà n'hésite pas à élargir ses horizons avec des airs plus pop. Favorite track: you'll always be one of em.

Kenstrosity I mean....what can I say? Déhà fucking knows what he's doing. Trap and black metal was something I never thought could coexist, but I should have known better. I'm a fucking plague was great, and this is somehow better. Here's hoping for another!

NONE a opéré un virage dans Where Life Should Be et ça se confirme davantage dans Damp Chill of Life. Le temps des métaphores est révolu : l'humidité froide, c'est celle des larmes qui coulent sur le visage à cause de la dépression. Tout pleure dans cet album : les guitares typées DSBM grésillent, les solos ("The Damp Chill of Life", "It's Painless To Let Go") sont liquides et coulent, les voix prennent à la gorge ; même le piano, étranglé par les sanglots ("Cease"), est aphone.
